🧑🏻💼 Job Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, evaluating, maintaining, wiring, and assembling various electrical equipment, appliances, and apparatuses. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing malfunctions, performing preventative care, and ensuring all installations comply with safety codes and standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
● Maintenance & Repair: Perform high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical wiring, lighting, panel termination, door phones, and TV systems.
● Inspections & Safety: Inspect electrical systems and components to quickly identify hazards, defects, or required adjustments while strictly ensuring code compliance.
● Preparation & Coordination: Liaise directly with clients to set up jobs, perform initial work surveys, and prepare all necessary tools and spare parts before heading to the site.
● Cross-Functional Support: Provide specialized maintenance support across other trades (such as HVAC or plumbing) when required, and cover team members' duties when necessary.
● Reporting & Logistics: Drive a company vehicle safely as part of a 2-person team, maintain the vehicle and tools in excellent condition, and accurately log all completed work via our mobile application.

✅ Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in electrical wiring, panel termination, and low-current systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV).
✅ Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of AC (HVAC) and plumbing maintenance is highly preferred.
✅ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer communication skills. Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
✅ License: Possess a valid driving license (from any country) and a strong willingness to drive.
